9/11 Lung Cancer Victims Entitled to Compensation up to $250,000 for Pain and Suffering

The September 11th Victim Compensation pays 9/11 cancer victims up to $250,000 for pain, suffering and loss of enjoyment of life. Further, if lung cancer disables a working person, he or she may be entitled to additional compensation for lost wages. As an additional benefit, the World Trade Center Health Program provides free medical treatment to 9/11 cancer victims.
